Mount St. Macrina Cemetery was established in 1936.  It carries out the sacred religious function of the burial and care of the resting places for the deceased.

The Sisters are dedicated to the respectful care of the people of God who - even in death - remain a part of the entire Christian community.  The Sisters proclaim through their prayers, words, work and example of the sacredness of the human body, the belief in the Resurrection and the Christian virtue of hope.
